I am thoroughly caught up in the excitement and drama of Michael Phelp's quest for 8 Olympic Gold medals. As I write this he has earned 5. What an amazing disciplined young man whose days are spent eating, swimming or sleeping. I've heard that he swims more than 5 hours per day and eats more than 12,000 calories. What focus! May he win all eight.
