The House Church movement

Neil Cole has written a book entitled, Organic Church: Growing Faith Where Life Happens (a Leadership Network Publication, Jossey-Bass, 2005) in which he tells of the organic development of the modern day house church movement. Leonard Sweet wrote the introduction in which he says, "This is a post-Christian culture that doesn't think the church has anything to offer it except when we stop doing church the way we've been doing it."

Has anyone out there read this book? I invite conversation around it and the implications for a church as traditional as The United Methodist.
